our services

Research & Insights

We have the toolkit to find and understand what users do, what they say, and how they feel. This process provides your company with an understanding of what people value most, giving you the knowledge to serve your customers in new and unexpected ways.

Design & Development

Design makes strategy and human insight tangible. We explore and prototype new concepts with you, to help you capture opportunity and grow your business. The result is a product, service, or an experience that touches on every aspect of your customer’s needs.

Community & Education

We are highly involved with the education and design community and we never stop learning. We hold ongoing projects, workshops, and sponsored studios among the industrial design, interaction design, design management, and service design sectors.
